About Us - Residential And Commercial HVAC Systems Service, Sales and Repairs Kevin is nearly a native, he moved here with his military family in 1967. He grew up in the Tampa Bay area and graduated from Jefferson High School. His wife, Kathy, is a fifth generation Floridian and was born and raised in Tampa. She graduated from both Chamberlain High School and USF. They have two boys, the pride and joy of their lives, and lots of extended family in the area. They are obviously here to stay and would love to have you as a customer. Recently, the family has decided to dedicate themselves to promoting a charity that is very dear to them. On July 4th 2008, they lost their beloved nephew, Joey. Joey was only 9 years old and had been battling cancer since the tender age of 3 months. Before Joey's passing, and with the help of his parents, he established Joey's Toy Box. A charity dedicated to helping sick children and their families get through emotional and financial challenges that often accompany life threatening illnesses.
